お昼から5時半までワーク❗








☆電球が切れていたので付け替えました❗

　

☆娘が階段の上の電球を買ってきてくれたので電球を替えて球体型の笠を被せる❗




　鮫肝油を食べてるのだが、野口英世記念館に利益の一部を寄付しているらしい。
